Biomedic Conditioning Solution exfoliates deep into skin crevices, cleans out pores and smoothes the skin surface by dislodging clumps of keratin that give the skin that rough uneven feel. I have the biomedics cleanser, lotion, pholsphoipid lotion and the condition gel plus. What the best sequence for these to be applied. Are they supposed to be applie during the day and some at night. I am not sure. Thanks.

If you have some Phosopolipid lotion you should dispose of it. That product was discontinued several years ago (over 3 years ago) and did go rancid past the expiration date. It was to be used to replace your conditioning Gel Plus to give the skin a rest from Hydroquinone.
